First of all, I'd stay away from SF.net. I'd try to stay at a more
personal hosting site with good contact to the local admins.

Technically, my personal impression is that I won't like to touch CVS
or SVN ever again. GIT, Mercurial and Monotone do a great job for all
my new projects/repos. Unfortunately, these aren't that "mainstream"
so it's risky to move over to them, because you'd loose developers.

However, there's CVS, there's your box, so why don't stay with it for
now? We've seen outages, but maybe their reasons can be fixed. If you
need to debug something the next time, feel free to call me.

MfG, JBG
