Hello,

What do you think about a web form?  This community seems to be focused 
around a mailing list, so a web forum is probably not going to do the 
trick, but I thought I should toss the idea out and see what people think.

Alioth looks good.

Alternatively, I can put up a mailing list on the local server here 
that's hosting the SVN repository.  This seems to be a moderate-volume 
list, so it wouldn't be a problem.
