my guess is we'd split apart in a forum-comunity and a list-comunity..
therefore i don't consider that a good idea, what'd be nice though is
having a FAQ-forum where only one user is allowed to post (could aswell
be a CMS) - i'd volunteer to sync topics from the list into the
forum/page. if webspace/capabilities (like bandwidth, script-support...)
is a problem i can help out, too. i got a rented virtual server on a
swiss backbone which has some space left.

we can't afford to loose you, joerg so you're on the longer handle ;)

cms might actually look better than a forum for FAQ, but forums often
have good full-text search capabilities.
